I honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost the perfect tv *by R***. on 14 May 2020* TV arrived on time (slightly early actually) and in perfect condition so thanks to Reliant and their courier Panther Logistics. I love the TV so far but I have a couple annoyances. 1) Global dimming. Not to be confused with "local dimming", global dimming dims the whole screen in dark scenes crushing some detail and lowering bright highlights. It can be pretty annoying and it's definitely noticeable. 2) Can't fully disable local dimming. It can only be set to low, standard or high. This one isn't a major issue but it would be cool to have more control. It's pretty standard to be able to turn those off with other sets. Everything else from build to overall picture quality is very good though. Colours may be a little saturated for some people but I like that and prefer the vibrant punch to a dull "natural" picture. (There are options you can tweak for a more subdued and realistic picture. Relax) Once set-up everything looks so damn good. HD TV and even SD are upscaled nicely, HD especially. YouTube 4k HDR and Netflix 4K HDR are both fantastic. Very pleasing to look at. Brightness is ok for a bright room and although not the brightest TV going, HDR still has great pop to it. 700ish nits for the HDR brightness is still excellent and more than capable of impactful scenes. Sound is good. Decently loud and some alright bass. I had no problems hearing dialogue or enjoying music. Haven't tried gaming yet so can't comment on that really, but I do know input lag numbers are nice and low at 13-15ms which is perfect for fast paced games. The native 120Hz refresh rate won't hurt either. Samsung also have some exclusive game enhancing features and I can't wait to get an Xbox One X hooked up to it. The smart features are good and it's so quick and smooth moving around the UI and switching apps. No crashes, slowdowns or anything. Just a pleasure to use. The built-in apps all open and operate brilliantly without issue. Then the little Bluetooth smart remote included. It's a game changer as far as remote controls go! Doesn't take long at all to get used to button layout so before you know it you're flipping through channels and opening menus without needing to look at the thing. You don't even need to point directly at the TV. Navigation is MUCH quicker using the little remote. For me it's a 8/10 and almost perfect. I just wish Samsung gave us more control over some settings like other manufacturers. The positives far outweigh the negatives for me though. Go check out some reviews.
