Yes it is. It's a great ground cover. Once it takes off, it spreads rapidly, so make sure you have the area for it to do that.

Do these do well in shade? Did they arrive in good condition and grow well?

I planted mine as ground cover around a tree (partial shade) & they’re doing ok, but not great. Not spreading as fast as I had hoped. They arrived in moist paper towel in small packet placed in mailbox. I was surprised @ packaging, but in hindsight it was ok.
