Comparatively well designed cases such as the "Clam Case" are more than triple this price, and provide the same benefits.Ive been using this as a word processor at uni for a while and thought it'd be time to discuss its pro's and consPROS- Amazing build quality for this price. A metal and rubberised-plastic build. substantial, non-shakey physical keyboard buttons with good tactile feedback and decent travel.- Backlit keyboard with multiple settings and colours, perfect for train-rides from uni late night.- Intuitive pairing process, where the keyboard turns on and automatically pairs when the lid is lifted, making it a true laptop experience.- Battery life is as expected, about a month of use without backlite. Got 2 and a half weeks of battery right out of the box with no charging required.- Adjustable viewing anglesCONS- Bottom of the keyboard isn't weighted, making it a bit of a fiddly experience opening the laptop.- I've personally experienced the keyboard not registering key-presses from time to time, but usually IOS's auto-correct copensates well.- Taking the iPad out is really difficult, it feels like I'm doing physical damage to the unit.- The apple-logo cut out at the back creates dust pick up around the exposed edges, which can leave a mark on the device. I use a piece of paper to protect the back from this happening.- Hard to use on a lap as the iPad weighs more than the keyboard, making it topple - although isn't a problem on a stable surface.- Spotty Bluetooth connectivity creates key press slowdown at random intervals. Turning off and on Bluetooth fixes this (this seems to a problem universal with all IPAD Bluetooth keyboards)All in all, cant really go wrong with what is being provided here.
