Replacement of the old device and installation of the new device was simple and quick. There was no need to replace the steel box already in place; only the new recessed receptacle and brass cover were actually used. Additionally, the rubber gasket, which is designed to protect the recessed receptacle from moisture, was not used, because there is no moisture at the location of the outlet, and installation of the brass cover plate without the gasket resulted in a more flush fit against the adjacent hardwood floor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2013* Just be sure to cut your hole big enough. I was trying to be clever and keep it snug, but when I beat on the metal box to force it into the hole the box scrunched in just a little bit which made it hard to line up the cover. I'm sure if you are more skilled at cutting the right size hole, you'll be pleased. The one thing I don't like is that they've put something over the holes where the plug ins go and you have to push like mad to get something to plug in.
