Essential Support Treatment is an advanced combination progesterone and phyto-estrogen formulation, developed especially for women experiencing midlife changes. This completely natural product can provide relief from menopausal and peri-menopausal symptoms including, hot flashes, mood swings, vaginal dryness and occasionally, a distressing growth of facial and body hair. Some additional benefits include: eliminating night sweats, help with sleep disorders, normalizing libido and improved new bone formation. Our formulation has been sold since 1993, and there are no known side effects. There are approximately 39 - 1/4 teaspoons in one airless pump, so a bottle will last about 5 weeks. Each l/4 tsp. contains 20 mg of progesterone and 1 mg of the plant derived estrogen. 1.7 oz airless pump Suggested Use: Apply 1/4 tsp one a day or 1/8 tsp twice a day (once in the morning and once at night).

I bought this stuff for a long time for my hot flashes. Then I stopped. Not sure why. I think that I felt that after 12 years of menopause I should be past that......A few months ago I noticed that I was just being inundated once again with hot flashes. 7-10 of them a day and all night long. I remembered....oops......hadn't used this in months. Got it out and started up again. In a few days.....hot flashes, GONE. This stuff is great. I will continue to use it......indefinitely!

Shipped quickly and safely to australia. Much cheaper than locally sourced hormone creams. A very nice moisturising cream - absorbed easily, and not waxy ors ticky like the others i have tried. Also being two in one for a small person like me made it easy to apply without running out of skin! Certainly has active hormones in it- hot flashes dissapeared straight away but being peri menopausal perhaps at the stated dosage it was a bit strong or tends to accumulate in the fat after two months so I switched to progesterone only because of breast engorgement.
