I put some in a roller bottle (bought a 6 pack on Amazon) with carrier oil (I used sweet almond because I already had it). I mixed it strong, 50/50. I put it on my forehead (and rub it in) and my wrists and back of my neck if I feel a headache starting. I do like the scent. I didn't know if I liked it at first but it has grown on me . I liked this so much that I ordered the 6 pack of Best Blends which is a great deal. BTW, if you feel a headache coming on, pop a peppermint candy in your mouth, it may help because it is made of peppermint oil.
