Got these and they go on with velcro, strip in middle and aren't as crisp nor and bend quite as nice as the description. So they kind of moved around, but they were soft and I really liked the quality. So what I did was unbolted the arms and pads, wrapped these around the arm pad, screwed the pads back down and remounted the arms. Worked perfect and held them in place perfectly that way. The chair is more comfortable now than ever. Recommend them to protect your new office chair or for an upgrade to an old one. The others all seemed to be like stretchy and odd covers. This is FULL coverage of the area, but because the materials backing is so firm, it doesn't necessarily wrap nice all around.
