**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Horseradish, mustard, tapioca starch, Wasabi, in that order. Hot as a torch, but Wasabi is last on the list, so I assume the least concentration. Hope this helps.

**Q: How much is actual wasabi?**
A: Most if not all the Wasabi in outside Japan is green colored horshradish. This is no different.  I used to be a sushi chef. Though not "Wasabi" it's really good. I use it all the time.

**Q: Will this powder work for popcorn? I use an air popper and want to sprinkle it on to get that sinus clearing wasabi taste, like the peas.**
A: I doubt it. I haven't tried it, but it needs to be rehydrated to get that sinus burning heat. If you dip your finger in it and lick it, it tastes like flour. I personally use it to give more heat to wimpy horseradish.

**Q: Other than it's potency/heat-does this paste made from this powder have same flavor/taste as you get with sushi?? thx.**
A: Yes it does. Been using it for years, then couldn’t find it in stores.
