What paint chipping? *by S***D on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 11, 2015* When I first saw this case I thought it was perfect. It is thin, stylish,and super protective which is so difficult to find for the Note Edge. After reading the reviews, I almost didn't buy it. The multiple complaints of paint chipping had me very concerned. After looking for another 3 days, I couldn't find a case I liked more than this one. So I decided that, worst case scenario, when the paint starts to chip I will sand it down and spray paint it. I have now had my case for 10 days. There is not a single chip in the paint. Not even where I dropped it right onto the parking lot asphalt. My dogs have stepped on it, I have dropped it, I've carried it in my back pocket and let it float around in purse. There is not a scratch on it. You can barely see the dent where I dropped it in my work parking lot. I don't know if the other buyers were just extremely rough, or if the manufacturer took some extra steps to protect the paint, but I can assure you it is nothing to worry about now. I do have one small complaint about the case. My device is the American AT&T Note Edge. On my device, the case has a small (barely enough for a fingernail) gap between the plastic and the rubber in the upper right corner above the edge screen. It also bows iut, just a little, on the lower back so the plastic sticks up a little over the rubber. This may be something that occurred when the case was expanding and contracting throughout the shipping process, or while in storage at the sorting center. Either way, it isn't a huge deal, but it does bother me slightly. In the end, with this case you are actually getting more than you pay for. If you want a case that is perfect in every way, spend the $40 and get an ugly Incipio or Pop! Case. If you need to save money, protect your device, and have a little style- this is the way to go! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very protective and well made. *by I***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 26, 2015* I'm very impressed with this cover, especially for the price. It fits perfectly, has impeccable fit and finish, and gives me confidence that the vulnerable curved edge is as well protected as it can be, without adding a piece of tempered glass (at last check no one makes a curved glass screen protector). Also, it's not so bulky that I can't use it with a wallet style case,* and I don't have to remove the phone to use a Qi charger.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the need for a wider color variety. I'm not wild about turquoise.*Here's a helpful hint: Carefully remove the cradles that are typically glued into wallet style cases. Using Scotch brand "ultra-thin" hook-and-loop tape, put a strip of the soft, loop tape on the back of the case plastic case, and a mating strip of the hook tape in the wallet case. Doing this, you can easily swap wallet cases and remove the phone for Qi charging. BTW, the Scotch brand tape is thinner than Velcro's thinnest tape and sticks just as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I reallyyyy loved this case as soon as it came in *by B***I on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 18, 2015* I reallyyyy loved this case as soon as it came in. The case was exactly as pictured and it's a great fit for my Note Edge... However, after about a week of having it on my phone the paint has already started chipping.. and I haven't dropped it or given it any reason to chip. I was a bit worried before purchasing this item because of all the other reviews saying they had the same paint chipping problem... but it was the only one that I really liked so I decided to give it a try. I'm really disappointed. I paid a decent amount of money for the case to just fall apart after a week of use??Update: the company had sent me an email asking about my order. I told them I was unhappy about the paint chipping and they didn't even question me. They said they would be happy to replace my case with any other case they had available for my phone at no extra charge and without returning my current case.
