I was disappointed that when the author refers to the colors she chose for projects she was describing, that small color chips weren't shown. Visual aids in a book like this would be far more educational for readers who don't have a good sense of color. Words can never be as explanatory. I understand this would have made the publication more costly, but I would recommend the book if color aides had been provided. Devine paint is superior paint and should be advertised as such in every possible situation with samples for backing up the decor challenge. A novice at choosing interior color would not gain much from this book.
