**Q: Is the older child gender neutral or a boy. Is there one with an older girl and baby**
A: The older child is a boy and the baby looks like it could be a boy as well.  Generally the girls have a slight curl to their hair.

A: No.  It is Mother and little boy.  The baby could be a girl or boy.

**Q: Do you make any special order? I want to get my mom one with our kids, but we have a 5 yr old daughter and 2 yr old son.**
A: Not sure what your are requesting. If you are looking for one more specific that is a question you have to address to Willow Tree. I don't believe they do special orders but you can check.

A: These are not wood carvings - they're made of resin.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A lovely piece

I was really touched by this piece by Susan Lordi because my daughter has a young son and a infant. It made me think of her, when she's holding her beautiful little baby girl, as she coos, and her toddler son is enthusiastically telling her all about his day. She calmly and lovingly listens to both of them, all the while thinking she needs to get dinner ready. She is an amazing person and I thought this piece captured the patience and love all young working mothers show their children when they come home at the end of a busy work day. I saw it and had to buy it. She doesn't like "knick knacks" but she has the Willow Tree Nativity scene so I knew she liked their work. I decided I'd take a chance and give her this. I'm still not sure she likes it but I know, in time, when she looks back on these happy but occasionally frustrating days, she'll come around and appreciate all it conveys. It is beautifully made and detailed and other than the fact that her son couldn't understand why no one had any eyes, it's perfectly done as Willow Tree pieces always are!
