They seem extremely thin and liable to rip in short order. Also, the hem is just one long reinforced tube, with a thread of elastic. This too, seems somewhat cheap to me. I have only had them about a month, and so far no problems, but I will update if they do tear in short order. They are really thin, so much so that if you have an design on your matress or mattress pad you can clearly see it through the sheets (I did get the White ones so I don't know if that makes a difference) However, I have gotten sheets from a local store with a slightly lower thread count that were by far much better in quailty than these are.I don't feel that they will last more than a year with washing them every week like I wash my sheets. I plan on moving them to the guest bed because they will not get used as often in that room.I dont feel the seller is being compelety honest with saying these are 1200 thread count sheets. No where on the packaging does it state that these are 1200 thread count. I am not sure where the seller is getting the information of what these are.
