However, everywhere I looked, a 14 pin test/programmer clip was either unavailable or outrageously expensive. I decided to try a 16 pin clip and just not use the 2 pins on one end. It worked great the first time I tried it. This is a great little programming clip at a great price! It holds onto the chip without falling off (a problem with a lot of ISP clips) and it has a long cable. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and will gladly buy from Onyehn again. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars pin 1 is not identified on either end *by V***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2019* pin 1 is not identified on either end of the clip, so without some marking you will be unable to correctly connect it to pin 1 of the DIP package.
