This thing is awesome! We've used it for fun to look at all sorts of things - inside ears, a close-up on wood grains, plastic surfaces, skin, eyes, anything with an interesting texture or appearance. Have also used it medically to find bad spots in the ears that need to be cleaned or treated. Impressed and pleased with this purchase.

This product is great for the sake of curiosity, but not much more. The "Beauty Inspection Tools" are a laugh and make the camera pretty much inoperable. I will say that it is fairly easy to use in PhotoBooth and has decent magnification and clarity.

It was impossible to get a clear image with this. The attachments were useless. I tried to look in my kids ear and all I saw was blur. It does not focus enough. It is more of a handheld microscope. unless the lens is super close to what you are trying to see you won't see anything and still the image is not very sharp. I had a Firefly that broke and by trying to save money I ended up wasting it. The firefly is definitely worth the money.

It's a decent microscope, especially for the price. I bought it to photograph coins and take close ups of things like mint marks, dates, errors, die clashes, and variety identifying marks. It does awesome for those things. The tripod is cheaply made. Zoom is controlled simply by pushing the microscope closer or farther away from the subject, through the tripod.

This device is so poorly made that I chucked it in the trash after a half hour of trying to use it. The CCD does not produce a good picture, the focal length is very limited, the software is as basic as it gets, and the enclosed WHITE plastic attachments are all useless, because they reflect too much light from the LED and wash out the picture of whatever you're looking at. The only nice part about it is the case it comes in, which was apparently designed by an all-star engineering team.

Image is alright and does decent magnification. Would be great if a higher resolution.

it works great for looking at small print, but as a otoscope it does not do the job.you can see the outer portions of canal but it will not focus or illuminate in on the TM, The speculum should be interchangeable with other otoscopes and having a selection of a pediatric and adult speculums would be great. I gave this device to a airplane mechanic he said he found a exhaust leak in a manifold in a area where he would have had to take things apart in order to find the problem.

Really good gadget.. it's not in the description but there a knob on the wire to adjust the light intensity. I use it with Linux using VLC player and everything work well. the picture is very clear

Le prix est en lien avec le potentiel de l'outil, c'est à dire limité. Le pied est beaucoup trop léger pour rester en place, notamment lorsque l'on manipule le réglage de l'intensité de la lumière. Le logiciel n'offre pas la possibilité de choisir la langue en Français, mais cela n'est pas obstacle dans son utilisation. Le plus gênant à mes yeux est l'absence d'mage nette, la "vis" est beaucoup trop sensible, résultat l'image n'est pas forcement au niveau attendu.

Haven't had a chance to check it out as the product only has an USB plug attached to it. I have to look for a Lightening/USB female plug adapter in order for it to work with my iPhone, which mean time wasted and more money output. The manufacturer should include the required adapter for ease of use. Not exactly user friendly. NOT impressed with it. I was just being nice in giving it two stars!

Pas indiqué qu'on ne peut s'en servir avec Apple, je ne l'ai pas renvoyé pour essayer de l'offrir, mais n'est pas utile comme cadeau , ni à moi qui ait toujours un Apple!
