Save your money!After a few months of use, the screw holding the faucet rusted from the inside and fell apart as my husband was pouring boiling water into a tea cup. Luckily he didn't burn himself!You would think a kettle should be rust proof given that it is designed to hold and boil water all the time!!I reached out to the supplier about what had happened and also sent pictures but I never heard back. So I reached out to Amazon and they had me mail the item back for a refund which I did but only to find out that they deducted $17.00 re-stocking fee from my refund!!!! I am just curious what exactly they will be re-stocking as the kettle is trash and not usable by any means!Please save your money.
