A: Mine smell awful, however I’ve been taking them for many months and they only started smelling a few months ago - making me concerned they are fakes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Provide energy and necessary nutrients.

I'm in my first trimester and my energy level is really low. Since I've been taking these 3 times daily, my energy level has improved. They do make me feel a bit nauseous right after taking them and give me smelly burps. But I've tried taking them with my meals and nausea dissipates. If I don't feel hungry and it's time to take one, I'll drink cold ginger ale, warm ginger tea, or cold lemon water, so I don't feel nauseous. Easy to take in a capsule form with glass of water. I have narrow esophagus and despite large size, I don't have issues swallowing it as I do with tablets. Overall, great prenatal supplements. Now, I'm less concerned with my diet, knowing my baby is getting all needed nutrients.
