I used it for half a day and it went off. Checked and couldn't find a problem. I inquired with the Welledia company and they replaced it immediately. I received the new one overnight. It appeared to work but the output was extremely heavy and didn't go into the room but accumulated moisture on the outside of the unit and the counter it was sitting on. The company was very good to exchange, but I can't use this. I have prior experience with the use of diffusers and use high quality oils, but this is not working AT ALL.
