Does it have a date on it? Longer in box, weaker the battery.** A: I charged fully before used it.I used on one or two times and found it rotates only one side and it cannot rotate in the other direction.I will return it soon.But, I do not have box. any suggestion ?I like to replace it.I used it before about 7 years and was very good. My husband is very knowledgeable and crafty with electronics, wiring and such. He cracked my old model and had no luck replacing their proprietary battery set up. I've now had two that won't recharge, and I won't buy "NEW" old ones because they will likely have the same issues.
