When my 5-inch scrub pad for my Drill Brush finally wore out I bought a variety pack from another brand.  These turned out to be only 4-inch diameter.  These are nominal sizes as they are actually metric.  Anyway, the 4-inch pads make it harder to clean the toilet under the rim.  I searched again and found these 5-inch pads.  They look identical to the originals, and I am very happy to have found them.
