Device Receptacle Wallplate, Standard Size, Device Mount, Stainless Steel and Carlon B121ADJ Outlet Box, New Work, 1 Gang, 3-3/4-Inch Length by 3-7/8-Inch Width by 3-3/8-Inch Depth, Blue, 24-Pack (which is in fact a 1-pack) and they work fine together. Punch hole through the back of the box, run 12/2 wire (2 phases plus ground) in, strip ends, screw down to socket, use screws included with socket to attach socket to box, use screws included with faceplate to attach faceplate to socket. Easy as pie.
