**Q: Does it have cracks, chips,  sticky buttons,does it really look used?  Do all keys function? Thanks....**
A: It looks new and buttons dont stick. We havent had an issue with this product.

**Q: What would be a calculator where I can have the name or my business on every transaction made?**
A: This does not have that capability.

**Q: Is this a refurbished unit?  What does the (R) stand for?**
A: I bought this calculator new, and have never seen an R on mine.  It is a commercial calculator and does a great job calculating.  I use it al,our daily.

**Q: what paper do you use? i cant use recycled paper for this. it jams**
A: Just regular adding machine tape from Staples.  No jam yet.
