Hoverboard came cracked, but this was a minor issue since you had to be up close to see the crack, but still it shouldn’t be cracked right out the box. The main problem is when he rides the board it sounds like the wheel is scrubbing against the board and makes this annoying noise as he tries to ride. I think the wheels were put on too tight causing the noise.
