## Overview

The Dish Network 123254 DPP Separator enables a single coaxial cable to feed dual tuner DISH Pro receivers when paired with a DPP Twin LNB or DPP44 switch. Designed for easy installation and reliable signal distribution, it streamlines satellite TV setups by reducing cable clutter and ensuring full channel access on both tuners.

## Description

For Dish Network receivers! Must use a DPP Twin LNB or DPP44 switch in combination with this item. The DP Separator will not work with a standard DISH Pro Twin or Legacy LNB. When used with a DPP Twin or DPP44 the separator enables you to run 1 cable into the home and feed dual tuner DISH Pro Receivers (322, 522, 612, 622, 625, 721, 722, 921 and 942) making installations a snap.

Review: DPP Separtor - One cable to a HD PVR with the use of this separator, as one cable will provide all the transponders/channels to both tunners of the dual tuner PVR. Works as described and easy to install. If you are using a power inserter for Port #1, ensure that the sepator is connected closet to the PVR, then the power inserter with the cable to Port #1 on the DPP 44 switch. This separtor requires that you have either a DP LNB and a DPP switch, a DPP LNB or a DPP LNB and a DPP switch. Cobra
Review: Direct replacement - Direct replacement worked perfectly saved me having to schedule a repair visit around work schedules.

## Features

- This is a NEW DPP separator allowing a single line of coaxial cable to run all dual tuners if used with a DPP switch or LNB.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hi does it come with the 2 satellite in cables as well?**
A: You get what you see in this picture.. You get the DPP Separator with two short male and male coax cords. With my system, I bring a Coax cable from the dish. That cable attache to the end of the Separator that does not have a short coax attached. Then my receiver has two plugs . . . one for each tuner. I attach one of the short cables to each tuner. One needs to be sure this matches your needs. This is for equipment that is old . . . like mine . . . one 622 and one 722.

**Q: Will this work for 2 TV's ?**
A: Yes and No. This device is used to provide inputs to tuner #1 and tuner #2 of a satelite reciever using only one coax cable from the dish antenna. The satelite reciever I have has outputs for two televisions and they can both be watching different channels. This device is not a signal "splitter" to hook two televisions to one antenna. I hope this helps and I have made myself clear on this. If not let me know!

**Q: Will the separator allow use of a dishnet 322 or 222k receiver with a single lnb?**
A: No. You must have dual lnb for it to work.

**Q: Does this separator work with two vip211 receivers?**
A: Don't have experience with vip 211 receivers but I have this separator feeding 2 722 HD DVR's from one cable. I think the vip211 boxes have HD tuners but no dvr capability Think it should work.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Direct replacement
*by C***. on March 5, 2020*

Direct replacement worked perfectly saved me having to schedule a repair visit around work schedules.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ works, but not alone with a DPP LNB; you need a DPP switch
*by M***R on January 23, 2010*

I spent a couple of hours trying to get this two work properly using a single coax from a DPP LNB direct to the separator and the outputs connected to my VIP222K reciever. It simply did not work properly for TV2 until i installed a DPP33 multiswitch between the LNB and the separator. it therefore does not work as stated in the description (on Amazon at least).
