The smaller pads are really handy for getting into tighter areas, or polishing smaller areas like the hood on my John Deere tractor. It a easy m to install - all these polishers first to use a standard 5/16"-24 thread. It works well to get into small areas, or work valleys where body lines would get burned up by a larger pad. It feels like it will be pretty durable.
