No POE injector or USB splitter is included with this, This is just the frame, That's it, Totally misleading as it does not charge out of the box.

    Excellent Way to Mount Ipad Mini to Wall

This product is an easy to use and elegant way to mount an ipad mini (or larger device if you buy a larger mount) to a wall.  The Mount looks great and provides excellent access to the Ipad controls.  I used it to replace a Crestron pad that had died (at a much lower price point than a new Crestron pad).
