Review: Be careful when buying used - We bought a used model as a second printer/backup for our shop. it was supposed to be almost new quality. Button was cracked on front and it was scratched up. It prints okay for nw, but it looks like it took some abuse in its past life, which makes me wonder how long it will last.

**Q: I own this printer and I can't find an ink cartridge for it. You know where I can buy it.**

**Q: Does this include power and connection cables?**
A: It does include the power cable, 1 small roll or paper, and I believe it included a standard 4 or 6ft Ethernet Cable. Hope that helps....

**Q: Does this printer have a tear bar or automatic cutter? My software will not operate the automatic cutter on the TSP100 that I have now.**
A: This model only has a tear bear.  The TSP143U has an automatic cutter, check your model on the bottom of the printer to see which one you have.  Hope this helps!

**Q: Does it come with a  usb plug in or ethernet port ?**
A: USB only
