**Q: Does this fixture need a neutral wire to work?**
A: The TL4-AC-2 requires 3 wires to operate.  One neutral wire connected to the black terminal, one switched hot wire connected to the green terminal and one switched hot wire connected to the red terminal.

**Q: is this for a car to park in a garage and this light will tell it when to stop by turning red and green means you have more room to move up**
A: Thank you for your question.  This is the Red/Amber/Green light only.  You would need to get your own control to turn on and change the light.

**Q: Can I manually set when I want it to be red and when I want it to be green?**
A: Thank you for your question.  The Industrial LED Traffic Light on Amazon is ready to wire to your own controls.  We do make a version of the light which has the integrated switch and will be adding that to Amazon soon.
