**Q: Is the the USA camera or a grey market camera why is the guarentee not  not listed?**
A: This is the USA camera.  I have purchased this camera from Amazon and have had no problems.  :)
The product description says, "Sold by Ritz Camera, Fulfilled by Amazon".  Ritz Camera is a USA company, headquartered in the USA.
Now, with the Canon 80D coming out some people may think they need the 80D.
Maybe you do, but the 70D is an excellent camera.  I have used an adapter to be able to hook up headphones to my camera, making it
just as good (IMO) as the 80D.
