There is no visible damage and nothing appears loose, but I have swapped back and forth a few times with a different (£30 powered) splitter. The new one always works so I am satisfied the problem is the cheap splitter and not the cables or my equipment.Original (Jan-2011): I had a problem with my order, but the seller (TheAVSeller) resolved this immediately and to my total satisfaction. It is perhaps only when a problem occurs that one can really test a sellers quality.
