Product description These green peas are used mostly in curries and can be sold dried and in tins. (These are dried and come in Jalpur packaging). Many uses for these green peas and are strong and rich in health. **Allergen Advice** (Jalpur products are packed and produced in a mill that handles wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, mustard, sesame and soya) Directions Soak peas overnight. Drain and rinse. Boil for 2-3 minutes, then simmer for 30-45 minutes until tender. Store in a cool, dry place.

I soaked peas over night and made the best ever pea and ham soup, lovely flavour and cooked well. Far better flavour than the dried green peas bought in supermarkets, and a lot cheaper.
