We've been looking for some good heaters to warm water for lab experiments. Hot plates with temperature control are really expensive, and only work with small beakers. This sous vide heater can be put in a 5 gallon bucket and keep it at a 140 degF even temperature. It's fantastic. We have bought 5 so far to use in our lab. We love them.
