Not only this is gorgeously made, but the quality was excellent. It did distribute the heat evenly, was very easy to handle, and the best of all the cleaning was a breeze. Since 16” was too big for a stove cook top, i used my grill and it fit perfectly. The result was a delicious Paella and the presentation of this pan was gorgeous. Now i want to get a bigger one because more friends and family wanna be invited. I will stick with this brand Garcima and plan to get a 22” for a larger gathering and a 10” for a small 2-3 people meal. You won’t go wrong with this amazing Paella pan. My very first time attempting to cook an authentic Paella. After a deep research of the type of Paella Pans out there i went for the stainless steel style. Not only this is gorgeously made, but the quality was excellent. It did distribute the heat evenly, was very easy to handle, and the best of all the cleaning was a breeze. Since 16” was too big for a stove cook top, i used my grill and it fit perfectly. The result was a delicious Paella and the presentation of this pan was gorgeous. Now i want to get a bigger one because more friends and family wanna be invited. I will stick with this brand Garcima and plan to get a 22” for a larger gathering and a 10” for a small 2-3 people meal. You won’t go wrong with this amazing Paella pan. I bought all sizes of Garcima stainless steels paella pans and they are very fine and traditional cooking tools. But be mindful that large paella pans (above 20”) will bend a bit giving its size. That happens because the bottom cannot be reinforced and it will interfere in the overall heat distribution. No big deal, as I’ve done many paellas (including a 34”) and this seems to be a norm. Other then that, be happy.
