     I finally found a workout log book that doesn't include diet tracking! I really like that is a hardback although I'm not the biggest fan of the spiral on the inside just because it has that little squeaking to it which for some reason kind of makes me twitch. There's weekly progress charts for up to 20 weeks of tracking your progress,and resources in the first 20 pages for how to do calculations and use the book.It is a little wider than I thought it would be, but it's not so big that you can't take it with you to the gym or put it in a small gym bag. The one thing I do wish it had was a bigger section for notes in the actual fitness logging area. I'll have to figure out how to fit in custom cardio workouts as there's only a small section to write something other than what is listed.

the layout of this book is great! it makes you take a before picture and then from there it has you track your progress each week by measuring yourself so that you know that something has taken place. I combined this book with the Today is the Day 90 day food and fitness journal and i've never been so motivated to workout more! the only thing i could see that could bother some people is that the binding and the cover make a little bit of a squeaky sound, but as long as that doesnt bother you its a great way to track exercise and stay motivated.

With so many of these fitness journals it seemed like they were centered totally around losing weight and that was really not what I want, I just want to get stronger and be healthier. Although there are a few pages for you to list your measurements and weight, it's not the focus of the journal which is something I love. I think this journal will really help me stay motivated on going to the gym and feeling stronger! Good quality and a pretty good size as well. Overall happy I bought it
