1200W DC PWM Speed Controller

It's a three-position switch. Making it ideal or hooking up an electric radiator fan to cool the cab of my golf cart. Don't have to worry about whether the fan wiring is correct - just flip the switch the other way. Oh, the speed controller works great. From no rotation to wide open.

I have several of these controlling a small rotary welding table, pitching machine ball feeder, etc. and they seems to work fine and have been running for a while. If i had one small gripe it would be that to mount to forward/reverse switch to an enclosed box with a face plate, you have to remove the shrink wrap around the switch to get it to fix nicely and also remove and re-solder two of the wire that come from the switch. I usually just replace with spade connectors anyways...but that's the only improvement i can think of.

Functionality: It works, simple potentiometer speed control, and IT WORKS

Originally the unit worked great. I did find the wires to be too short for my application, but there was no problem adding additional wiring. Before I finished the project it was used for it failed (due to other projects in the works it didn't get used for several months after delivery). The power supply is solid, as is the motor. For the money I paid I expected a lot longer life out of this controller.

Blew up instantly. **update** The seller contacted me quickly with a refund. 4 stars for overall transaction. Customer service is 5 star.

I used this to install a radiator fan in the roof of my UTV to keep dust out of the buggy when ridding. It turns on the fan in both directions, suck and blow and I am able to control the speed of the fan as needed. It was perfict for my needs.

Worked good for about 2 months put it in storage for another 3 months doesnt work at all now.

So far it seems fine. These are being used for a fan that is being installed in a KRX. My husband has not installed it yet. The price was a good value.

Burned out first use under identical conditions to one that is rated for less power works just fine with. Open it up and see the minuscule cheap poorly placed components and youll know just why it failed. Cheaply made junk claiming to be of higher spec than can actually handle. The mostly empty box is supposed to be the heatsink but doesn't even come into contact with the components as it should. Sad. Don't waste your time.
