Box was marked fragile but clearly was not handled that way. It took a little work to get in tune. Once in tune I was not impressed with the quality of sound. Best way for me to describe it, "Like buying one of those cheap nylon string guitars off some infomercial. Will probably keep as a decoration in our music room, but I doubt it will ever seriously get any play. Disappointed! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars A nice little inexpensive harp *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2015* This is not a high-end harp and the target consumer is probably either a beginner or someone who wants a second harp that is more portable, which is our case. The sound quality was good, although it sounds just a little reminiscent of a banjo. I don't think this takes away from the playing or listening experience--it just has a bit of a different sound. We are pleased with it. We now have a lot more playing outside and as we travel, which is a real bonus. Once you start taking this harp everywhere with you and playing, I'm sure you will agree, as you'll get to enjoy harp playing and listening more. The only thing that won't work out of the box, apart from tuning, is the levers. First, a few of them needed adjusted so they don't hit the strings. Then, you will have to adjust them vertically, since they aren't set to perfectly sharp the note. Just get a thin #1 Phillips screwdriver and your tuner, and do some minor adjustments and everything will sound great. You can easily do this yourself if you know how to tune and are familiar with even a simple idea of how a harp should work. The strings are dull sounding, and half the levers were bent on arrival. I purchased a harp who's packaging was damaged, but harp was supposed to be un-damaged. It is damaged, but that is not the fault of the manufacturer.
