I used to take them as well but changed to the $4200 mg and taken two capsules 4 times a day. I have a childhood history of UTIs and have been operated on for those, but have been taking cranberry diet supplements since 1997 and love them. I was taken the lesser strength and had to use the bathroom more often. With the 4,200 mg. diet supplements, I use the bathroom less.
