I got a large for my 5 mon old pitbull, it was a tad big but she's now 10 months and can still wear it! It's held up just fine and looks as good as it did 5 months ago. If this collar does ever wear out I'll get her another one forsure! I can not recommend it enough. I initially ordered a size small and it was too large, with the extra piece of collar awkwardly sticking away from my cat's neck. I tried to use a zip-tie to keep the length down but it just looked terrible, and the buckle part didn't close properly around my cat's neck. I contacted the seller about possibly doing an exchange, and they sent me an extra small immediately at no extra cost! That's some great customer service! The extra small fits much better and there's no excess length. The only thing that I think would make this much better is if there was an extra leather loop to hold down the excess length (as in the case of when I had the size that was too big, but that was my fault for not measuring). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vibrant and Sturdy 2 Years Strong *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2019* I've had my collars for 2 years now. I bought 2 for each of my cats in red (8lbs) and purple (10lbs). They are indoor cats, but it's helpful for guests to be able to tell them apart and if they happen to get put with coming and going. I keep them on the largest setting so they slip off easily (break away collars are best for outdoor cats) but they stay on well with normal use of running around and playing. Also, they're soft and supple enough that my cats feel comfort sleeping in them. I love the vibrant colors, how soft, but also how durable they are. The color hasn't peeled off and the stitching isn't frayed at all.
