I had limited space where I could set up a projector screen so I needed a smaller size option that could hang from my ceiling. This one fit perfectly. Quality is great, material feels nice and thick. Backing is thick and dark enough that this actually blocks out light from my windows when I pull it down. Mechanism to go up and down is smooth and doesn't feel like it gets caught up. Screen is flat, no wrinkles. Very simple set up. I'm currently using this with my Nebula X1 laser projector and the image looks great. Only con is it does have a chemical smell when new which was kind of giving me a headache. I actually hung this up outside for a few hours and it helped significantly. From what I read, this is normal due to the material they make it with. It's sort of equivalent to that "new car" smell which is the materials off gassing. It will go away over time, but you can expedite this by letting it air outside. All in all, for this costing less then 1/4 of what other screens go for, you really can't go wrong for this. Its simple, great quality and gets the job done. Plus Pyle is an actual brand name and not the auto generated generic ones you see all over Amazon.

We’ve had this retractable projection screen up for a while now, and we’ve loved it. It’s there when we need it and easily pulls down when it’s time to use it. When we’re finished, it retracts smoothly and stores away without any issues. It feels durable and well made, and it’s been well worth the purchase. I did a lot of research before buying because we needed something compact for storage, and this has fit that need perfectly, and I will update this review if anything changes!

I ordered this drop screen to finish an idea I had. I moved into an apartment with a very strange landing area at the top of the stairs. I needed something that wouldn't cut the room in half, but would also be functional! This screen slides up and away when not being used and I couldn't be happier with it! The picture quality is great- I feel it depends on your projector more than anything. The instructions were a little strange to me but I managed to get this up on my own in about an hour!

Excellent choice for my projector! I originally purchased the 100in but received the 84in instead. I was a little disappointed with the sellers error but decided to keep it. I mounted it to the ceiling and it was easy. It’s made of good material, bright white screen, thick, good value for the money spent and love how slick it is. Anti wrinkle as well. FYI, it does have a strong smell that will last for 2 days and the retraction noise isn’t the best but it doesn’t bother me. Enjoy!!

I have no experience in projectors or screens, but this seems great. I am using it while I travel and work as my media viewing experience. While large, I can stow it away and not worry about breaking a television. Easy to clean, easy to pull the screen down, etc. Great purchase!

Good screen but had to return it because it was too large for my gazebo.

Product is a 4/5, it does come with quite a smell when it arrives, but it does eventually go away. However, when hung improperly this screen hurts quite a bit when it comes crashing down on your head. -1 star. 3/5

Why I Bought This We bought this Pyle 100-inch manual pull-down projector screen to go with our new smart projector and wanted something simple, reliable, and affordable that would noticeably improve image quality compared to projecting on a wall. First Impressions Right out of the box, we were impressed. It arrived in a long box with the screen rolled up (not folded), which meant no creases. We took it out and were able to use it immediately. The screen material is white, soft, and feels well-made, with a clean black masking border. Performance After Real Use The screen pulls down smoothly and locks easily—just a slight tug to stop it at the height you want. To retract it, you pull it down all the way and then slowly guide it back up, similar to window blinds. It works as expected so far. Even our 10-year-old son can open and close it on his own without any issues. The picture quality is noticeably better than projecting onto a wall—colours are more vivid and the image looks sharper overall.
