After following the tracking it looked like the vehicle may have broke down and they returned to original sight where they first started. I was hoping and praying nothing broke when it arrived by UPS. I really liked the bulbs, very colorful blue and the lights are soft as stated. Nothing was broke! What I don't like is that the lamp is not really a floor lamp. My fault I didn't pay attention to how tall it was but looking at the picture it looked much taller and I thought it was on the floor. I had to put it on top of a small end table. It doesn't come with directions so be prepared to figure it out although it wasn't difficult to put together. Every time I tried to get the clips down in the bulb one of them would pinch my fingers. Ouch! If you are looking for a floor lamp look for something over 32", probably twice that size. Also, not environmentally friendly.
