Mostarda is an Italian speciality, and its most famous version comes from Cremona, where fruits are candied, spiced, and eaten with boiled meats or with cheese. It's made with briefly cooked fruit, so that it still has bite. It features a sweet-spicy flavour and a nose-tingling scent provided by the mustard essence. Ingredients: pears, pineapple, apricots, peaches, citron, oranges, lemons (fruits in variable quantity) 66%, brown sugar, organic corn syrup, water, lemon juice, natural mustard flavouring. Allergens: mustard. It may contain traces of celery. Store in a cool place. Mostarda enthusiast Diego Luccini puts all his passion into his family-run business.
