I am VERY pale and sunburn easily and love the sunshade. The best part is that the chair cradles you almost like a hammock!! IF you're looking for something like that, it's amazing. The arms are supportive fabric, not solid arms. Rocking is effortless. And the sunshade can be easily taken down and put up as needed. I am around 250lbs and it sits quite comfortably for someone my size. The only downside, to me, is that there is not a strap built on the chair. It comes with a large mouth bag to store it.
