I liked the look of this black background and skull/crossbones holder. It comes in a 2-pack, so I gave one to my wife and kept one for myself. They are much larger than standard Chapstick tubes, so if you have a larger lip balm, it will probably fit. The Chapstick gets lost in the pouch, but they are still easy to retrieve since the material is flexible. The velcro or hook and loop straps are secure but not difficult to detach.
