Good 80calorie, low sugar snack
There are deals to be found...these are REALLY GOOD. If you are restricting snacks you want one that tastes good

These are a decent snack bar. I like the low calorie content. I have quite a few different Fiber One bars. These are probably my least fave but I still like them and will continue to buy them. They are chewy but this particular (Chocolate Caramel and Pretzel ) kind of remind me of a stale bar in their texture- I am sure it is the pretzel portion, since they aren't crispy. Many people need to have different ways to add fiber to their diet. this works. Be careful though. Don't eat too many in a single day. Between the fiber and low net carb, you will get gassy.

I must have liked the product since I seemed to have left a five star review, although I cannot remember since the product was purchased years ago.

These bars do not taste as expected. They are not real soft and don’t really taste the caramel.

Tasty snack
Wasn’t sure what to except my first time buying looked interesting so I said why not price was good and it’s low calorie caramel is a thin layer on the bottom but it was enough flavor that mixes good with the pretzel in each bite good snack size with coffee!

surprisingly good
i’d never had these before but i can say they’re worth it ! it’s literally the lowest calorie granola bar i’ve seen AND it has a decent amount of fiber that i don’t get otherwise. tastes great too, a little small but what can u expect

Husband is diabetic but he needs to have a nibble on something he really enjoys them good product for the price!
