I have this in our downstairs cloakroom and although it has only been in a couple of weeks, so far, it is working perfectly. Out of the box easy installation, the only suggestion I would make is the wiring diagram is poor, they have the wires crossing where they don’t need them and as it is in black and white it would be good to reference the colours of the wires in the diagram. This powers both the lights and my extractor fan. Other than that it was fairly simple to use. The only adjustment I made was to the timer and that was very easy. Great value from a great company. They are easy to set up and are all still working well.
