**Q: IDoes it come in 2 boxes? I only got the bag and nothing else.**
A: Ours came all in 1 box. Some of the stuff was tucked inside the bag.

**Q: How much sand do u have to use in order to make it full**
A: I filled mine with old clothes and it's fantastic. I noticed that potting soil would be cheap and fit snug inside the bag.

**Q: Can 19 years old men use this? and what size the gloves will be?**
A: Yes y can but y will need to stuff it with sand to make the bag heavier. I got this for my 14 years old daughter and every time she kicks the bag is just flying on all directions because I had it fill with old clothing rather than sand. Also it’s clearly not the professional bag but if y not expecting that and for the price it will do . Gloves are universal I guess. I am sorry I don’t have more info or knowledge about this .

**Q: How much does it weigh filled up?**
A: It really depends what you use to fill up the bag (sandbag, clothing, pillow, etc). The empty bag itself is around 3 pounds.

Great quality boxing set for the price; the punching bag is built sturdy with a thick padding layer. I stuffed the empty bag with used clothing and pillow as well as a sand bag to give it more weight. Super easy to install in the garage and now my husband and I can get sone exercises after work. Highly recommend!

The main reason I bought this was for the bag and I got one pair of gloves(not weighted) , 2 small hand wraps, hook, chains, bag. I had also just filled it with clothes and the bag feels really nice and is holding up really good, I didn’t get the two pairs of gloves but it’s not that big of a deal to me, I’m pretty Satisfied:)
