They still fit me and even though I’m not a zippy college student anymore, I can still make it around the rink!The roller rinks would not allow me to bring my blades because the wheels had a protruding bolt on one side. They said if I fell, the bolt would scratch their floor.Honestly, if I fell, their floor would be the least of their worries! Probably they’d have to call ambulance for this middle-aged mama!I needed to replace the bolts with flat screws. I tried taking my blades to Play It Again Sports but the guy there told me that he didn’t have the right size replacement and that it would “take forever” to go through his collection of axles to find ones that would fit as there are no set sizes for inline skate axles. Would I like to buy a new pair of rollerblades?No, I would not.So I went home, removed my axles, measured them, and bought these on Amazon. They are an exact fit! The picture in the listing shows 30mm from the top of the head to the end of the bolt, but when I measured them, they were 30mm from the bottom of the head to the end of the bolt. I emailed the company, they said that was the shortest length they had. They said that it was a problem with the listing.
