Wanted another. It took longer to unpack the new printer than it did to hook it up & start printing. Color is great. Easy to use. Will get a few good years out of this one. So glad I found the same printer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ doesn't fax *by D***P on May 29, 2011* Update: I've had this product for the last 3 years now and it still works to my satisfaction.Dell included this printer with a laptop purchase I made a while back, so I received this for free. Can't complain about that.Although this is supposed to be an "all-in-one", the product doesn't fax. However, the product prints, copies, and scans. The quality of prints, copies, and scans is very good. Copying does take a little long, but still beats the time and effort I would have to put into going somewhere else to get a copy done.Yes, I concur with other posts, the printer alerts to replace the cartridges pretty much after printing 10 pages, yet...I just don't replace it until the print quality is visibly bad (streaks, etc). I do that with all of the printers I have in my house, by the way. Why let a machine tell me to exchange something that still works?Scanned documents can be converted to PDF format, or kept as JPEG images.The program that comes with the printer also has a couple of other features, such as printing calendars, resizing images, and editing images.The product allows the user to insert memory cards directly into slots on the product. Different memory cards fit into the slots, such as SD, MS, xD, MMC, CF, and MD.I am happy with this product the way it is, however, I am only a "casual" user.
