It's always a hit! Smells great, works great! My mom friends love it! So, when I got this order, I simply wrapped the Amazon box for my friends baby shower. I was so bummed when my friend opened this kit and the contents of the body wash had spilled inside the gift bag. She was able to wash it off, but was left with half a bottle of body wash. It's never happened to me before with Amazon orders. I think the cap just wasn't secure in the kit, or in general. It might just be a shipping mishap. I would've given it 5 stars otherwise.
