Amazing watercolor brush pens! The best out there!
These watercolor brush pens are insanely amazing! I've used other watercolor brush pens but they were not as great in terms of pigment dilution, brightness and watercolor resemblance. These are truly a pleasure to work with. Pigment is smoothly diluted, no borders left. Pure pleasure. Thank you!

Amazing Price for Extraordinary Quality. Best "Clean," Brush Pens on the Market.
From and ART SUPPLY SNOB: This set shows what a company can do when they want you to succeed. You can believe every word in the ads. The pens are filled with brilliant color and bleed and blend exactly as they should. I have been creating art for years with the best brands for professional artists in the world. I never use student products, even in my sketch books because I can't trust them to be lightfast or to work as a quality product would. The results you get vary greatly and can mislead the development of good habits. This is the best product in it's class. No ink is permanent or lightfast. Only pigment based products are. Never the less, I had a friend suggest I try them for some detail work on a sketch. I had heard about another brand of watercolor "Clean Brush Pens," and thought they were misleading in many ways and they are. They are also way, way over priced. These pens however, are Exactly what they say they are at a Very Low Price Point and LOADED with Legitimate Extras. They should have taken the lead in the art community long ago. The pens are watercolor like inks, and say so. No misdirects with this brand. The key is that they actually work like watercolor. And you can learn techniques and create pieces the correct way, using a brush pen...... Their instructional videos are great! You only have to fill the included set of 4 water brushes and you can take them anywhere and work confidently at sketches and designs. You do receive a pad of sketched out pieces on good quality paper and videos of the correct way to use the pen. And, they do tell you that like any other skill, you need to practice....even seasoned artists. But practicing with these is Fun! They will help you develop and eye for detail as well as creating lovely washes. You should be very, very happy with this set and this company!

Beginner-friendly, same effects as watercolor paint but easier to use
Amazing brush pens! They're very pigmented and saturated. The colors blend/mix well, and you can control how much they look like markers vs. watercolors based on the paper you use and how much water you use. The nibs are long and pointed, so depending on how hard you press down, you can create a variety of thicknesses with the stroke. I was able to get lines as thin as an "l" in 10-pt font if holding the brush lightly, and almost 1cm thick if angling for a thick line. You can use them in regular coloring books IF the pages are single-sided, but put a blank paper underneath for bleed-through just in case, since coloring book paper can be very thin. On watercolor paper, these work just like pan/tube watercolor paints. There are a lot of colors so you don't have to worry about mixing the perfect color, and the set also includes two empty water brushes to use for blending and spreading the color. The only downsides are that you have to orient the pens correctly when putting them into the plastic case for them to be 100% secure, and that there are no color names or numbers written on the barrels. These also come with a pad of paper that has light outlines to use with free YouTube tutorials available from the brand. Since it's real watercolor paper, it's thick enough to use the blank backs for additional painting. The tutorials are VERY beginner-friendly and walk you through step-by-step. My item photo shows the pear I painted. I am far from an artist and I haven't done watercolor for about 10 years since trying these pens.

Love these!
I have been doing water color for a while now and really love these pens. These are watercolor pens and not ink. The color will lift, if you wish. What I found they will not do is drop color INTO Water. If you are planning to do wet in wet, these do not work like that. The pen will absorb the water. I get around this by dabbing the color onto glass or ceramic and add the color from the surface into the water in my paper. Obviously, this will not work for a large areas of wet in wet work. These are primarily for wet on dry and adding water to assist with color movement. I love the variety of vibrant colors. Not terribly impressed with the water pens that come with the product. I feel they leak, water comes out of them too fast and will drip, if you keep them pointed down. There are better brands of True water pens out there. I have used these colors in several paintings and have gone back and touched up others. They hold the fine tip so you can have fine to think lines. I like the price for the volume of colors. The watercolor book and online tutorials are nice too. Would definitely buy again and will buy as gifts.

Fantastic pens that help me create beautiful art
I love these pens. They blend like a dream and the colors are beautiful. I’ve never had a problem using them at all. They dry quick and the art I can create with them exceeds my expectations. My only gripe is I ordered the 108 pen set to replace my 54 pen set and 5 of the pens were dried out! I was so bummed. I have reached out to the seller and they were very responsive. I am waiting for the replacement of the 5 pens but the rest of them are awesome.

Love these brush markers!
It was very self-indulgent to order this huge selection of markers since watercolor blends so easily, but they have so many subtle colors that might be hard to mix or beyond my imagination, This was the biggest present to myself of the year, I'm glad I did it!

Fun, easy, great color
I have been wanting to take up water coloring as a midnight hobby when the kids are asleep. The markers intrigued me so had to give it a go. Although I probably enjoy watercolors out of a tube more, these were fun to work with and seem fairly easy to travel with. What I didn't like is that for the most part, it's easier to "draw" the marker on a pallete and use the water brush to move the marker ink from the pallette to the paper rather than draw right on the paper and introduce water. Both methods work, but give very different results. I'm in no way an expert and just decided to try these, aside from that, I picked up a watercolor set for the kids years back and made a couple drawings but that's it. I liked that it came with a notepad to practice with. I didn't realize that it came with already pre-drawn practice objects, which was a really nice touch, but I ended up free handing a pear and jelly fish before I realized the first 2 pages were blank and the rest were for practice. I'm excited to practice and perfect the techniques they teach on YouTube. Overall, great set to play with, has its pros and cons but I don't regret getting them at all. I look forward to taking it with me on mini getaways so I can practice painting whatever catches my eye! It's also very easy to care for and maintain.
