However, after installing in the batteries, adding in regular liquid soap (Softsoap) it would not dispense. Switched batteries and still nothing dispensed. Contacted the makers, and they said add water to the soap to dilute. Really? So in the future, I have to add water to the soap to make this thing work? Going to return and buy a different brand.
